Real Judo & Combat Training in Gurugram
We focus on real skill, disciplined technique, and combat strength. No shortcuts, just hard work on the mat.
This is what we work for. A clean, powerful throw comes from perfect timing, balance, and control, not just brute force. Here, I demonstrate how to use an opponent's momentum against them for a decisive takedown.
I always say, real strength isn't built in 6 months or a year. It takes years of consistent effort. This is the grind, with sled pushes to build explosive power and rope climbs for functional, full body strength.
Once the fight goes to the ground, control is everything. Here is a demonstration of the Triangle Choke, a fundamental submission in both Judo and BJJ that uses leverage to control an opponent from the guard position.
I believe that your identity, no matter how small it seems, must be built on your own terms. This is my Haryanvi heritage, a core part of who I am. On the mat and in life, be proud of your roots and build your own name.
Repetition is the mother of skill. This solo Uchi-komi practice with a thera band is crucial for drilling the muscle memory needed for throws. We focus on these fundamental judo conditioning drills every single session.
Training here is a shared journey. This is a look at a typical groundwork session where students are practicing pins and control techniques. My opponent is my teacher, my ego is my enemy.
This is pure functional strength. Rope climbs are a staple in our conditioning because they build the grip, back, and core strength essential for grappling and controlling an opponent in a real fight.
Technique over strength. This is a sitting Seoi nage, a variation of the classic shoulder throw. It's a great example of how a smaller person can effectively take down a larger opponent by dropping their own center of gravity.
About Featured
Before you join, understand this: our basement dojo in Sector 38 is raw and intense. We do not offer luxury amenities or quick-fix training modules. We focus on foundational movements like Judo throws, groundwork, and conditioning drills because true skill takes years to build, not months. If you are looking for a place to test your limits against a coach who values discipline over ego, you will find your home here.
Our Training Environment
Our facility in Sector 38, Gurugram, is a no-nonsense basement dojo designed for serious practice. You will not find air conditioning or fancy distractions. You will find industrial fans, professional mats, wall pads, climbing ropes, and weighted sleds. This environment mimics the realities of combat sports where physical and mental toughness are tested.
What We Teach
We break down complex techniques into repeatable drills because repetition is the mother of skill. Our sessions cover three key areas:
- Nage-waza (Throws): Learning the physics of leverage to execute powerful takedowns.
- Ne-waza (Groundwork): Mastering pins, chokes, and submissions to control opponents.
- Conditioning: Functional strength training using ropes, sleds, and bodyweight exercises to build the endurance needed for a real fight.
The Philosophy
We believe that 6 months or even a year is not enough to build a warrior. True progress requires a multi-year commitment to discipline. We treat every session as an opportunity to fight our own doubts. Whether you are a total beginner or an athlete preparing for state-level meets, we prioritize your effort over your background. We expect you to show up, respect the mat, and focus on your own growth. Our program is built for those ready to embrace the grind.
