The Bodhiraan Philosophy: Real Combat Training in Gurugram
Building a warrior takes years, not weeks. At Bodhiraan, we strip away the shortcuts and focus on the sweat, the struggle, and the discipline that lasts a lifetime.
Welcome to Bodhiraan Judo & MMA Academy. My philosophy is simple: Forge Strength, Embrace Discipline. This is the foundation of everything we do here, whether you are training for a fight or for life.
No matter where I am, I never forget my Haryanvi roots. My identity is built on the values I grew up with. As I always say, even if your identity is small, it should be built on your own merit.
Martial arts is a mountain with no top. There is always more to learn and more to prepare for. I carry this mindset with me everywhere, whether I am in the gym or just walking through the world.
The fight is in the gym, but strength comes from your life. For me, that's my family and my roots. *Tum bas apne aap se mat haarna, phir koi doosra bhi tumhein hara nahi payega.*
About The Bodhiraan Philosophy
You walk into a raw basement space in Sector 38, not a polished studio with AC. That is by design. You are here to build something that lasts, not to chase a quick transformation. We focus on the basics: grappling mechanics, calisthenics, and a mindset that survives when you are tired. If you are ready to stop looking for shortcuts and start putting in the work, this is where you belong.
I built Bodhiraan on one simple truth: you cannot rush greatness. People often ask for quick results, but I tell them the same thing every time. It takes five years to build a warrior. Whether you are coming for Judo, BJJ, Sambo, or MMA, the process is the same.
We train in a basement with 35mm mats, ceiling fans, and the smell of honest work. There is no air conditioning to hide behind. The focus is purely on functional power. We climb ropes to build the grip required for Judo, push sleds for explosive endurance, and drill calisthenics like burpees and handstands until your body understands control.
My sessions are tough because they have to be. I will ask you if it is hurting, not because I want you to stop, but because I want you to push past that threshold. When you lose to yourself, you lose everywhere. My goal is to make sure that never happens. We are based in Sector 38, Gurugram, and I welcome anyone who values discipline, is proud of their roots, and is ready to show up every single day. This is a family environment, but it is also a place where you will sweat, struggle, and grow.
