Grappling, Agility & Calisthenics Training for Fighters
I do not teach typical gym workouts. Everything we do is designed to build real body control, explosive power, and total combat readiness.
This clip shows a mix of what we do on the mat. I am coaching students through grappling and submission drills, which are essential for BJJ and MMA, while also incorporating core workouts to build the necessary stability.
Mastering fundamental movements like the Judo roll is non negotiable. It's not just for safety when being thrown; it builds body awareness and agility that is critical for all aspects of martial arts.
Balance and body control are skills you have to earn. This is me practicing handstands on parallel bars, a difficult calisthenics exercise that builds shoulder stability and core strength. Even a failed attempt is part of the process.
The handstand is a pure test of bodyweight strength and balance. I use equipment like the punching bag to assist with holding the position, which helps in building the shoulder and core muscles required for advanced calisthenics.
About Grappling, Agility & Calisthenics
If you are looking for an air-conditioned gym with fancy machines, keep looking. My sessions are for people who want to understand how their body moves in a fight. You will spend as much time working on your handstands as you will mastering a Judo throw, because that discipline is what separates a fighter from a casual gym-goer. It is tough, it is sweaty, and it is entirely focused on functional strength.
Real grappling is about leverage and control, not just brute force. When we work on agility and calisthenics, we are training your body to be a weapon. We focus on core stability and shoulder health because if your foundation is weak, your technique will fail when you need it most. We use basic, proven tools—parallel bars for dips, ropes for climbing, and our own body weight for resistance. Everything is done in a raw, non-AC environment in Sector 38, Gurugram. It is just you, the mats, and the work. Whether you are training for Judo, BJJ, or MMA, this is about fixing the small technical gaps that cost you the match. Apne aap se mat haarna (Don't lose to yourself) is the rule here. We don't chase quick fixes or 6-month transformations. We build fighters over years, one session at a time.
