Combat Strength and Conditioning Training in Gurugram
Don't look for shortcuts here. My strength and conditioning program focuses on functional power for Judo, MMA, and BJJ. We build the physical resilience needed for the mat through years of consistent, disciplined work.
Rope climbing with an L-sit is an advanced exercise for building immense core and grip strength. This is the kind of functional power that directly benefits grapplers in sports like Judo, BJJ, and wrestling.
A look into a varied strength and conditioning session. We incorporate everything from bodyweight exercises like handstands and burpees to resistance band drills and barbell work to build well rounded, combat ready athletes.
Your training doesn't stop when you leave the gym. This session shows how I integrate heavy bag work with strength exercises like dumbbell shoulder presses, proving that a disciplined fighter can build power anywhere.
About Strength & Conditioning for Combat
This is not a polished, air-conditioned gym. You will find a raw basement setting, real sweat, and heavy bags. My sessions are designed for function, not aesthetics. We focus on the kind of power that translates directly to the mat, whether you are gripping for a Judo throw or holding a BJJ position. It takes years to build a real fighter, so come ready to put in the work.
Functional Strength for the Mat
Real combat strength is not about vanity muscles. It is about endurance, grip strength, and the ability to control your body and your opponent. In our Strength & Conditioning for Combat program, we leave the shiny equipment behind and focus on what actually works in a fight.
We utilize:
- Explosive Power: Sled pushes on turf and box jumps to improve leg drive.
- Grappling Specifics: Manila rope climbing to build the specific grip strength needed for Judo and wrestling.
- Combat Conditioning: High-intensity circuits using heavy bags, kicks, and functional movements.
The Training Philosophy
I operate a no-frills facility in Gurugram. Expect a sweatbox environment, EVA puzzle mats, and a culture of discipline. You cannot build a warrior in a few weeks. It requires years of consistency. I teach techniques linked directly to fighting, including calisthenics like handstands and core work. If you are looking for an AC gym to take selfies, this is not it. If you want to build a foundation that will serve you on the mat for years, you are in the right place.
Membership Logistics
Our sessions run 5 to 6 days a week, focusing on functional fitness rather than looks. We have group access options, including quarterly plans for those serious about completing a full training cycle. Please note that we require a liability waiver and maintain strict attendance policies because consistency is the only way to progress.
