The Kinetic Envelope

One of the defining features of our commercial work is the use of dynamic facades. By implementing vertical, movable metal panels, we create an exterior that adapts to the movement of the sun throughout the day. This provides significant passive cooling benefits. We prioritize those spaces that are often undervalued in commercial architecture: the lobbies, the transition corridors, and the shared terraces. We design these pockets to facilitate casual interaction. Whether it is an amphitheater for town halls or a food court integrated with green balconies, these zones are where community actually forms. In a dense city like Bengaluru, these 'in-between' spaces act as critical relief valves, offering employees a place to step away, reconnect, and recharge.

Sustainability Through Logic

Our approach to commercial masterplanning is rooted in environmental design. We analyze wind direction and sun paths to orient blocks for optimal ventilation. By weaving nature into the plan—through green roofs, bio-ponds, and vertical gardens—we ensure the architecture works with nature rather than fighting against it.
