We move away from the idea of the sterile office. Our commercial designs integrate green terraces, kinetic facades, and flexible communal zones to build workplaces rooted in nature and productivity.

The entrance to the MSR Tower is designed to be welcoming, with a landscaped drop-off area and a transparent ground floor that connects the building to the street.

A rendering of a shaded outdoor terrace at the MSR Tower. These "in-between" spaces provide employees with a place to relax, collaborate, and connect with nature during the workday.

The communal amphitheater and food court within the MSR Tower. This flexible, multi-functional area is designed to foster a sense of community and collaboration among the building's occupants.

This rendering shows a tranquil water feature and seating area at the base of the MSR Tower. These biophilic elements are integrated to create a calming arrival experience.

A detailed shot of the kinetic facade, showing the vertical metal panels in shades of red and orange. This system allows for dynamic control of heat and light.

A view of the building with the red kinetic facade, framed by foliage. The design shows how a contemporary, industrial building can coexist with nature.

An upward-looking shot of the movable facade panels. This angle highlights the mechanical detail and the rhythmic pattern they create across the building's exterior.

The full elevation of the building, showing how the colorful, adjustable panels create a dynamic and ever-changing facade.

This conceptual rendering for an office building explores the use of a monolithic color and recessed balconies. The design creates a strong urban presence while providing private outdoor spaces for workers.

A photo of my own M9 Design Studio workspace. The design reflects my philosophy, with an open-plan layout, industrial materials, and a mezzanine to create a collaborative and dynamic environment.

About Reimagining the Urban Workplace

In projects like the MSR Tower, we do not just allocate square footage for desks; we engineer the building envelope to respond to the sun. The kinetic facade is not just an aesthetic choice; it is a climate-responsive system that allows you to control natural light, keeping the interior cool without relying solely on HVAC. This is how we bring the garden city spirit indoors, turning a standard office into a place that breathes.
