We design corporate offices that breathe, adapt, and foster the human connections that power your business. Every workspace we build is tailored to your specific climate and operational culture.

This render shows our competition proposal for a post-pandemic international headquarters. The design features a transparent, breathing facade with extensive vertical gardens and deep balconies, creating a healthy, biophilic office environment that connects employees with nature.

For this executive floor, we designed a central green courtyard under a large skylight. This biophilic design feature brings sunlight and nature into the heart of the office, providing a calm, refreshing space for informal conversations or quiet relaxation.

We call this project the 'Terrace Office' for its stunning panoramic views and connection to the outdoors. The director's cabin is a glass box with a vaulted wooden ceiling and its own skylight, offering a sense of openness and an abundance of natural light.

This render showcases the facade of a modern office building designed for the tropical climate. Deep, staggered balconies and vertical aluminium slats act as an elegant, passive shading system to protect the interiors from heat and glare while allowing for natural ventilation.

The open-plan workspace in the 'Terrace Office' is designed to maximize natural light and views. Low partitions ensure that every employee has a connection to the windows, which look out over a lush green landscape, promoting a sense of well-being.

A key feature of our proposal for the IOM Headquarters is a dynamic wooden staircase that winds its way up the building's exterior. This element is not just for circulation but is designed as a social space, with landings that expand into breakout areas for collaboration amidst nature.

This isometric drawing illustrates our climate-responsive strategy for a multi-story office. We used a combination of horizontal louvres on the south facade and vertical louvres on the east and west facades as sun-shading strategies to create a comfortable indoor environment.

This animation shows the conceptual development of our competition entry for an international headquarters. It illustrates our core idea of the building as a living organism, with a dynamic internal "street" that fosters connection and conversation.

Our design for this headquarters creates a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. The ground floor opens up to a landscaped public area, inviting the community in and blurring the line between the office and the city.

A detailed view from our competition entry, showing how informal breakout spaces are integrated into the office layout. These small nooks with comfortable seating and planters are designed to encourage spontaneous collaboration and social interaction.

About Modern Corporate Environments

When planning a new corporate space, consider how your team actually moves throughout the day. We prioritize daylight analysis and passive cooling, but the real impact comes from how we place breakout zones relative to the main workstation clusters. If you are choosing between open-plan layouts and private rooms, think about the acoustic trade-offs. We use high-performance glass partitions and ceiling baffles to maintain the openness you want without the noise you do not need.
