About this collection
We do not believe in generic glass boxes. When we designed the Laurus Labs regional office, our goal was an environment that functions effectively without constant reliance on air conditioning, utilizing natural cross-ventilation even when windows are open. We start by analyzing how your specific team collaborates, using techniques like gridded facades or offsetting the building core to open up floor plates, ensuring your workspace supports both deep focus and spontaneous connection.
Our process for office architecture is rooted in dialogue. We spend time understanding your workflow before drawing a single line. This ensures that every office we design is a tool for your business, not just a structure. For instance, in our work with Laurus Labs in Vizag, we navigated the constraints of an existing frame to deliver a high-performance facade. The result is a space that maintains comfort through passive design, reducing the dependency on HVAC systems, which creates direct, long-term operational savings.
We view office buildings as vertical communities. Our conceptual designs, such as the office tower for Urban Ladder in Hyderabad, prioritize biophilic elements.
