Lakshyan Burn Club Subscription
Schedule & Structure
- 4 guided sessions weekly (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat) in fixed morning or evening batches.
- 60-minute duration comprising warm-up, WOD (Workout of the Day), and cool-down.
Facility & Gear
- Training in a climate-controlled high-performance zone with shock-absorbing gym turf.
- Access to Hammer Strength kettlebells, Prowler sleds, plyo boxes, and Concept2 rowers.
Coaching & Tracking
- Led by certified Strength & Conditioning coaches focusing on form correction.
- Regular monthly benchmark assessments to track strength and endurance progress.
- Access to community group for accountability.
Runner's Strength & Conditioning Cohort
Expert Coaching
- Small group format (6 to 10 participants) led by a specialist Run/S&C Coach.
- 2 specialized sessions per week designed to complement weekly running mileage.
Training Focus
- Plyometric drills to improve stretch-shortening cycle and running efficiency.
- Tendon stiffness protocols with heavy isometric and eccentric loading.
- Anti-rotation core stability work for posture maintenance.
Equipment & Recovery
- Usage of resistance bands, hex bars for deadlifts, and stability trainers.
- Pre-session mobility routines for hip and thoracic spine health.
- Occasional gait analysis using the indoor track or treadmills.
Yoga & Wellness Pass

- 60-minute classes covering Hatha and Vinyasa flow styles.
- Occasional Sound Healing elements using singing bowls during relaxation phases.
Studio Amenities

- Premium yoga mats, blocks, and straps provided for modifications.
Instruction Level

What’s On Offer
Lakshyan Burn Club is our high intensity group workout session. If you’re 16+ and want something that pushes you, this is where the energy is wild, the sweat is real, and no two sessions feel exactly the same.
Got a thing for running? Our strength training for runners is all about making your body resilient and powerful. We mix plyometric drills with solid strength work - you’ll feel the difference in your stride and recovery.
Yoga here is not just stretching. We break down basics like Surya Namaskar and Vrikshasana, throw in props, and make sure you get the technique right. Everyone’s welcome, whether you’re stiff as a board or can already touch your toes.

My Story
We started Lakshyan in Bengaluru because we saw so much sports talent just waiting for a chance. Our motto? 'Everyone is a winner.' Doesn’t matter if you’re a kid swinging a racket for the first time or an adult wanting to get fit again. Winning isn’t only about medals—though, trust us, we’re thrilled when our athletes bring them home! It’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and getting better each day. We built this place for you, with world-class facilities and coaches who know the game inside out.
