Unlimited Adult Group Activity Pass
Class Schedule & Variety
- Unlimited access to Yoga (Hatha/Vinyasa), Zumba, Tabata/HIIT, and Bollywood Dance.
- Features traditional Indian functional strength training using Gada/Mugdar props.
- Flexible access to both morning (starts 6:00 AM) and evening batches.
Facility Specifications
- 3,500 sq. ft. naturally ventilated studio space (Non-AC) with wall-mounted industrial fans.
- Flooring consists of impact-absorbing carpet tiles or laminate to reduce joint stress.
- Standard lighting for Yoga; colored LED tube lighting for high-energy Dance sessions.
Amenities
- Shared foam yoga mats, resistance bands, and functional props like tires provided.
- Separate changing rooms available for men and women.
- Open cubby storage or lockers available (user must provide own padlock).
- Designated parking space primarily for two-wheelers.
Kids Monthly Activity Package (Single Discipline)
Program Structure
- Enrollment in one specific discipline: Shinjidai Karate, Freestyle Dance, or Gymnastics.
- Includes 8 to 12 guided sessions per month (typically 2-3 times weekly).
- Session duration ranges from 45 to 60 minutes of active instruction.
Safety & Coaching
- Classes led by visiting specialists (Sensei for Karate, Choreographer for Dance).
- Training area uses high-density interlocking EVA foam mats to cushion falls.
- Small group batches (approx. 1:10 ratio) for technique monitoring.

- Includes warm-up drills to improve motor skills and flexibility.
- Opportunities for students to perform at gym community events.

What Happens In Our Studio
No cookie-cutter stuff. Classes are all over the place - in a good way:
- Dance workout sessions like Zumba and Bollywood for that full-on party energy.
- Strength and conditioning classes, and HIIT if you want to feel the burn (don’t worry, I’ll watch your form like a hawk - sumne exercise maadbardu, just don’t do it for namesake).
- Yoga and dynamic stretch to keep your mind and body chill. Timings aren't tough on you either - morning and evening batches, so you fit it in, not the other way around.
For Everyone, Seriously
Kids hate sitting at home, right? We’ve got them covered with Karate, Gymnastics, and dance. Seen tiny kids build muscle and confidence here - it’s wild.
What I Care About
- Safety first, always. Trainers (including lady trainers) are there for you, not just to shout counts.
- We mix Indian traditional moves like karlakatte (mace swings) with modern stuff - mobility, balance, strength, all in one.
- Big space, no elbow fights for equipment. Lockers and parking sorted.

Hey, welcome to Habit Fitness! This place is my dream, now alive and buzzing. Fitness isn’t just big muscles for us, it’s making it a habit, living it. We’re more like a family here - celebrate everything, laugh, play cricket, all that. I mix old school Indian stuff like gada (no one does it these days, but trust me, it’s gold for your shoulders) with new-age workouts. And ya, sumne heavy weight haakbedi (don’t just lift heavy for show), first learn your limits, then push.
