At Lakshyan, our yoga practice is rooted in structural integrity. You are training in a dedicated, quiet studio designed for deep focus, not just a corner of a gym floor.

Our yoga program is designed to integrate with your strength and conditioning, rather than stand apart from it. We avoid generic, copy-paste routines. Instead, our instructors emphasize biomechanics—ensuring that your balance in Vrikshasana or your form in Surya Namaskar is precise and intentional. Whether you are an athlete looking to improve mobility or someone recovering from an injury, the focus remains on safe movement patterns.
What to Expect
We offer a 12-session monthly pass that covers a variety of disciplines:
- Hatha & Vinyasa: These sessions focus on building endurance, stability, and control. We use props like blocks and straps to aid alignment, making the practice accessible to beginners while challenging experienced practitioners.
- Sound Healing Meditation: These specialized sessions use singing bowls and meditative techniques to lower stress levels, aid recovery, and provide a mental reset after a high-intensity training week.
- Recovery Focus: Given our background in sports medicine, our instructors provide specific corrections to help with tightness, joint health, and posture maintenance.
The Space
Training happens in a dedicated studio with dedicated wooden flooring to provide the right support for joints. We provide all necessary equipment, including premium mats and props, so you only need to bring your focus. The environment is kept quiet and controlled, separated from the high-energy zones of the academy, allowing you to disconnect and reset.
