Let’s be honest - there’s no magic fix. If you’re looking for shortcuts, yahan kuch nahi milega (you won’t find anything here). Fitness is a slow burn, built on showing up, even on days you’d rather chill. I celebrate messy buns, missed reps, and all the small wins that add up over time.

What Makes Us Different

No intimidating gym feels. No one’s judging your squat depth or how you look. My group is all about laughter between sets, people who remember your name, and real support. You won’t get lost in a crowd - you’ll get personal cues and encouragement, every single session.

Weekly Flow

  • Strength & Conditioning: Old school and new school mixed - barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, all focused on real-world strength.
  • Animal Flow: Ground-based, bodyweight moves that feel weird at first but build crazy mobility and mind-body connection. Sab ke liye hai (it’s for everyone), beginners included.
  • Mobility: Stretch, move, and actually feel better outside the gym too.
  • Skill Saturdays: Handstands, fun challenges, sometimes runs - not the same old routine.

For Every Body

First timer? Athlete? No stress. Programs are beginner-friendly and I’m big on injury recovery fitness classes too. Got an old injury or nervous to start? We’ll modify movements so you stay safe and still get stronger.

Focused Programs

Sometimes we run women-only strength sessions or deep dive challenges like mastering basics or unlocking flexibility. Slots are limited, but the support is next level.

My Story

People say our gym is intense, or just for guys, or that you gotta be fit before you walk in. Heard it all. But AoS was built for the ones who feel left out. We started with hard work, no shortcuts. Over time, we learned strength isn’t just brute force — it’s listening to your body, finding balance. Sonali, who called herself a couch potato, or Amrita, a tired new mom — they found their groove here. If you think 'not for me', trust me, this place is probably exactly for you.

My Work

All kinds of movement - We do animal flow sessions, mindful warrior training, mobility classes, calisthenics workshops, and more. In-person at Indiranagar & Whitefield, plus online.

Personal attention, always - Group or solo, you get real coaching. We meet you where you are - beginner, injured, athlete, whatever.

No boring machines - Every day’s different, so you won’t zone out. We train for real life, not just for looks.

Slow and steady wins - No magic fixes. Kyun nahi ban rahi body? (Why not getting fit?) Because it’s slow, steady, and worth it.
