Group Dance Fitness & Aerobics
Batch Access
- Class Types: Unlimited entry to Zumba, Dance Fitness, and Aerobics sessions.
- Timings: Flexible access to Morning (7:00 AM - 8:00 AM) and Evening (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) slots.
- Duration: 60-minute instructor-led group sessions.
Facility & Experience
- Studio: Dedicated group studio with wooden/yellow flooring, full-length mirrors, and sound system.
- Amenities: Use of changing rooms, lockers (bring your own lock), and water stations.
- Atmosphere: High-energy, loud Bollywood/commercial music with a focus on movement over strict form.
- Community: Eligibility to join paid community events like resort trips, trekking, and local festivals.
Functional Training & CrossFit Zone
Zone Specifics
- Exclusive Access: Entry to the designated Functional Training / CrossFit area with green turf flooring.
- Equipment: Usage of heavy tires for flipping, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, kettlebells, and climbing wall sections.
Training Structure
- Format: Guided 60-minute sessions focusing on strength, endurance, and explosive power.
- Supervision: Higher instructor-to-student ratio to ensure form correction and injury prevention.
- Batch Focus: Available in specific morning and evening slots with team-based drills and partner workouts.

What Happens in Our Classes
- Zumba & Dance Fitness: This is where you’ll get your Bollywood dance workout fix. Music’s loud, moves are wild, and you’ll probably forget you’re exercising. Sakkath fun (awesome fun), promise.
- Yoga & Meditation: If you want yoga for flexibility or just to chill out, these sessions help you reconnect with your body and mind. No stress, just good vibes.
- CrossFit & HIIT: Our high intensity interval training group sessions bring the josh (energy). Plenty of sweating, ropes, and tires – tough, but rewarding.
- Aerobics: Classic moves, high energy, and that old-school heart-pumping feeling.
For Kids
- Kids’ Dance: Movement and smiles, no rules except to have fun.
- Taekwondo: Discipline and strength from scratch, for all ages.
Our Spaces
Classes happen in big, modern studios, dedicated HIIT zones, and even on the rooftop when we want open air. No crammed corners, just plenty of room to move.
