About Lakshyan Burn Club
Our sessions are structured into 60-minute blocks that include a warm-up, a specific Workout of the Day, and a cool-down. We use premium Hammer Strength gear and shock-absorbing turf to ensure your training is as safe as it is intense, with coaches monitoring your form throughout to prevent injury.
The Burn Club is built for those who find motivation in numbers. Working out alone can be monotonous, but training with a group keeps your energy high and your commitment consistent. We operate on a four-day-a-week schedule, running sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, making it easier to integrate into a busy routine.
