Pricing Guide
Foundation Program (3 Days/Week)
Schedule
- 3 sessions per week (approx. 12 monthly).
- 60 to 90 minutes per session based on sport (Swimming 45-60 mins).
Setup
- Coach-to-student ratio of 1:12 to 1:15.
- Access to premium facilities (imported turf, maple wood courts) during batch hours.
Focus Area
- Covers Football, Basketball, Badminton, Swimming, or Gymnastics.
- Curriculum centers on motor skills, rules, and fundamental drills.
Competitive Training (5-6 Days/Week)
Intensity
- 5 to 6 sessions per week (Mon-Sat).
- 90 to 120 minutes per session allowing for higher volume training.
Expertise
- Led by Senior Coaches or former National/State players.
- Includes advanced skill refinement drills (e.g., Multifeed drills, Trigger control).
- Occasional video analysis of technique.
Competition Prep
- Includes functional fitness warm-ups and agility drills.
- Eligibility for internal tournaments and representation in external district/state meets.
High-Performance Elite Program
Training Volume
- Double sessions daily (Morning & Evening) totaling 10-12 sessions weekly.
- Holistic schedule covering training, recovery, physio, and gym blocks.
Sports Science & Tech
- Regular assessments using VALD Performance equipment (ForceDecks, NordBord).
- Access to 13,000 sq ft High-Performance Center with Hammer Strength equipment.
- On-site Physiotherapy for injury management.
Personalization
- Tailored Strength & Conditioning plans (UKSCA framework).
- Sports Psychology sessions for mental conditioning.
- Periodization planning for National/International competition peaks.

My Story
We started Lakshyan in Bengaluru because we saw so much sports talent just waiting for a chance. Our motto? 'Everyone is a winner.' Doesn’t matter if you’re a kid swinging a racket for the first time or an adult wanting to get fit again. Winning isn’t only about medals—though, trust us, we’re thrilled when our athletes bring them home! It’s about showing up, pushing your limits, and getting better each day.
