Why I Do What I Do
Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or running laps. For me, it’s about making movement fun, building a sense of belonging, and letting everyone get a taste of what their body can really do. I’ve seen kids as young as 3 and adults up to 50 come in, shy at first, then leave with huge smiles and a sense of achievement. That’s what keeps me going.

We’re Twistars Gymnastics – more like a big, noisy family than a club. Coaches like Vinayak, Swaroop, Pooja, you’ll always spot us on the floor, cheering or fixing a cartwheel. Gymnastics is life here, not just a sport. From our Kalyan Nagar cake-cutting to Riya making Nationals, it’s all about those little wins and big smiles. Every student matters.
