Gymnastic Yoga & Conditioning

- Timings: Fixed morning slot 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

- Ambiance: High-ceiling warehouse setting with industrial fans (non-AC).
Adult Gymnastics & Skill Training

- Apparatus Usage: Access to uneven bars, parallel bars, balance beams, and roman rings.
- Safety Training: Techniques for falling and landing safely using crash mats.

Dance Fitness & Zumba

Why I Do What I Do
Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or running laps. For me, it’s about making movement fun, building a sense of belonging, and letting everyone get a taste of what their body can really do. I’ve seen kids as young as 3 and adults up to 50 come in, shy at first, then leave with huge smiles and a sense of achievement. That’s what keeps me going.

My Story
We’re Twistars Gymnastics – more like a big, noisy family than a club. Coaches like Vinayak, Swaroop, Pooja, you’ll always spot us on the floor, cheering or fixing a cartwheel. Gymnastics is life here, not just a sport. From our Kalyan Nagar cake-cutting to Riya making Nationals, it’s all about those little wins and big smiles. Every student matters. Growth, medals, or just learning a new move – we celebrate it all. That’s why we love what we do.
