Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights or running laps. For me, it’s about making movement fun, building a sense of belonging, and letting everyone get a taste of what their body can really do. I’ve seen kids as young as 3 and adults up to 50 come in, shy at first, then leave with huge smiles and a sense of achievement. That’s what keeps me going.
Honestly, anyone. Kids, teens, adults - beginners or someone looking to switch up their routine. I’ve seen all sorts walk in.
