When you join my therapeutic sessions in Paschim Vihar or online, we do not jump into complex poses. I start by analyzing your specific pain points—such as lumbar tightness or erratic sleep cycles—and we adapt the practice using props like wall ropes or blocks. This ensures that every movement supports your recovery rather than straining your body further.
