Shaolin Kung-Fu and Qigong Training
See the Shaolin way in action. From park sessions to home training, discover the flow, discipline, and energy I teach my students every day.
My teaching is guided by the principle to "be like water," adapting and flowing yet powerful. This video demonstrates the core movements and philosophy of Shaolin Chi Kung, a practice that builds not just physical strength but also mental clarity and resilience.
Here I am demonstrating a foundational stance from Shaolin Kung Fu in a park. This posture develops leg strength, stability, and a strong connection to the ground, which are essential for both martial arts and mindful movement practices like Qigong.
This is another core pose that showcases the dynamic power and focus cultivated through consistent training. Each movement in Shaolin Chi Kung is precise, combining physical conditioning with the cultivation of internal energy, or 'chi'.
The beauty of this practice is its versatility. Here, I am guiding a session indoors, showing that you don't need a special environment to find your focus and practice mindful movement. This makes it ideal for personal training at home.
About Featured
Whether we are training in the open-air parks of Vasant Vihar or in your own living room, the focus is the same. We start with basics to build your stability and breath, working on 18 Lohan Qigong or Tai Chi moves at your own pace. You will need a clear floor space and a yoga mat, but most importantly, you need the will to keep moving.
My training philosophy is simple: 'Be like water.' It is not about fighting, but about finding a flow that keeps your body fitt and your mind sharp.
The Shaolin Approach
When you train with me, we focus on internal energy cultivation rather than just physical strain.
- Shaolin 18 Lohan Qigong: We use these ancient moves to improve your breath and focus. It is moving meditation. It helps if you have back pain, stress, or just want to feel lighter.
- Tai Chi Basics: I teach fundamental footwork and hand positioning. We go aram se, meaning we take it easy. No pressure, just continuous improvement.
- Kung-Fu Foundations: For those looking for more, we practice stances that build real leg strength and stability.
Where We Train
- Outdoor Group Sessions: I hold small batches in South Delhi parks, including Vasant Vihar and Sainik Farm. This environment helps you connect with nature, though you should be prepared for grass or hard-floor surfaces.
- 1-on-1 Home Sessions: If you prefer privacy, I travel to your location. I tailor these 60-minute sessions to your specific health goals, whether you are a beginner, senior, or recovering from joint stiffness. You need to provide a clear 6x6 ft space.
Kung-Fu is for everyone. It does not matter if you are young or old. The only thing that matters is the decision to start.
