Shaolin Chi Kung Outdoor Training
I guide you through Shaolin 18 Lohan Chi Kung in open-air settings. This moving meditation builds internal strength, focus, and body control, helping you stay fit and balanced.
Watch the flow and form of Shaolin Chi Kung as practiced outdoors. The movements are slow and deliberate, designed to build internal energy and create a state of moving meditation, inspired by the Shaolin Temple traditions.
In this image, I am in a classic horse stance, a key element for building a strong foundation. Practicing outdoors allows you to draw energy from your surroundings, enhancing the connection between your body and nature.
This pose demonstrates the balance between softness and power. My training focuses on developing this control, helping you remain centered and strong through slow, intentional movements that tone the entire body.
About Shaolin Chi Kung: Outdoor Practice
My outdoor sessions happen in parks like Vasant Vihar and Sainik Farm, where we train on grass or solid ground without needing special equipment. We focus on breathing and slow, intentional Lohan Qigong movements, which are perfect if you want to clear your mind and build strength without the pressure of a gym environment.
The philosophy I follow is simple: be like water. Sometimes soft, sometimes powerful. In these sessions, we step away from the noise of city life to reconnect with our own energy. Shaolin 18 Lohan Chi Kung is not about fighting, it is moving meditation. We practice fundamental footwork, hand positioning, and joint mobility warm-ups to ensure you stay flexible. Whether you are a senior looking for gentle exercise or someone wanting a solid foundation for more intense martial arts, this style adapts to you.
We train in small batches, usually 5 to 15 people, so I can give you direct feedback on your form. You do not need a fancy studio or expensive machines. Just bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and show up ready to breathe. We meet in Vasant Vihar and Sainik Farm areas for 60-minute sessions. If you prefer, I also travel to your home for one-on-one sessions. In those, I tailor the Qigong routines to help with specific health needs like back pain, stress, or posture correction. Defeat is only a state of mind. Start your practice with me and build a body and mind that stays calm even when life gets tough.
