About Flexible Training: Indoor Sessions
When we train indoors, we move away from group distractions. I come to your home in Vasant Vihar, Sainik Farm, or nearby areas, and we work on your posture, like the 'Ward Off' stance shown here. All you need is a 6x6 ft space and a yoga mat, and I handle the rest—tailoring every breath and movement to your specific needs, whether you are dealing with stress, back pain, or just want to stay fitt.

While outdoor group classes have their own energy, private indoor sessions are where we really dive deep. Without the noise of a park or the presence of other students, we can focus entirely on your body's alignment and energy flow. This is perfect for those who are just starting or for someone who needs specific adjustments for ailments like arthritis or simple stiffness.

My 1-on-1 sessions are not just about exercises. We follow the Shaolin 18 Lohan Qigong tradition. We practice moving meditation—connecting your breath with slow, controlled movements. It is not about fighting; it is about finding that calm center inside yourself, even when life feels busy.
