About Mind & Body Wellness
I follow the Shaolin way in everything I teach. My approach isn’t just another class—this is a full system for mind and body wellness, straight from the traditions I’ve been trained in. Discipline is the base, but so is living fully. Zindagi jeenay kay liye hai. Jiyo aur jineenay doh. (Life is for living. Live and let live.)
Three Pillars of Training
- Qigong Energy Balancing: We work on building and moving your Qi (life force) through mindful movement. It’s less about fancy moves, more about intention and real energy. “More Qi, train harder” is something you’ll hear a lot.
- Shaolin Fitness Routine: Strength, flexibility, and endurance are all built through functional bodyweight exercises and traditional Kung Fu stance training. Expect to sweat. We practice deep stretches (splits, backbends) and static holds. It’s not easy, but it works.
- Zen Meditation Techniques: Mind is as important as muscle. We focus on seated meditation and chanting (Namo Amituofo) to improve focus and lighten mental load. The goal is to take this peace into daily life, not just leave it on the mat.
Some days are tough—the training asks for consistency and honest effort. But if you stick with it, you’ll see change in both mind and body, not just at the surface level.
This is Shaolin, but also my way—simple, tough, and real.

My Story
Namo Damo. We are Damo Shaolin Kung Fu School, named after the legendary Bodhidharma who brought Zen to China. Our journey started at the Shaolin Temple in Songshan, China, where Shi Yan Xiang trained as a 34th generation disciple. From the Dharma Hole to ancient halls, we soaked in the spirit of the masters. Now, we bring that same Shaolin energy back to Bharat, sharing not just martial arts but lessons in focus and cultivation. From China to the Philippines, our path is all about learning and sharing.
My Work
Martial Arts Training - We teach Shaolin Kung Fu Delhi, Taiji, Sanda kickboxing training, Boxing, Qigong, and self-defense including knife defense techniques.
Skill Over Show - It's not about fancy moves. We believe in mastering basics - repetition is the mother of skill.
Open To All - Classes for everyone - men, women, kids, achievers from all walks. Many students excel beyond martial arts.
Step-by-Step Approach - Whether in Delhi or joining our online boxing lessons, we break things down so anyone can learn.
