About Boxing & Combat Fitness
It is not about how hard you hit, it is about how you move. Most people just swing at the bag, which is the quickest way to end up with wrist or shoulder injuries. At my gym, I show you the actual mechanics: how to generate power from your legs and core, rather than just your arms. Every punch you throw here has a purpose and a proper form attached to it.
Boxing is one of the best forms of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), but the value lies in the technique. If you are just aimlessly punching, you are missing out on the functional benefits. My boxing and combat training focuses on the 'sahi tarika'—the right way to pivot your feet, rotate your hips, and engage your core to deliver force.
When you train with me in Rohini, you are not just getting a boxing workout. We integrate these combat drills with functional strength movements like sled pushes, tire flips, and agility ladder work. This gives you a complete, full-body conditioning experience that builds stamina, shreds fat, and improves coordination simultaneously.
I have seen too many people in other gyms dealing with chronic back or joint pain because they were never taught how to move safely. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to level up your existing skills, my sessions are scalable. I adjust the intensity to your current fitness level, ensuring you are challenged but safe. We keep our group sessions small—around 10 to 15 members—so I can personally monitor your form during every set. If you are serious about transforming your fitness, not just ticking off a workout, come by for a trial session.
