Teamwork makes the dream work. Here, we're doing partner drills that build strength and coordination, followed by bodyweight exercises to keep the intensity high.

About The Workout: High-Energy Cardio & Kickboxing
You need to bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps as we don't provide these for hygiene reasons. Come prepared for 45 to 60 minutes of non-stop movement, because we mix intense USI heavy bag strikes with functional conditioning circuits that will test your stamina from the first minute.
This isn't a street fighting class; it is a full-body conditioning workout meant to get your heart rate up and keep it there. We operate out of our South City 1 studio, which is kitted out with wooden laminate flooring and mirrors to help you check your form. When you join these sessions, you are not just hitting a bag. We integrate shadowboxing drills, footwork, and core-strength exercises into every class.
Our philosophy is simple: progress requires pain. Whether you are a total beginner or you have tried every group class in Gurugram, you will find the pace challenging. We keep the music loud, the lighting set to 'hype' mode, and the atmosphere intense. We limit group batches to ensure everyone gets enough space to move and strike properly.
If you want to focus specifically on your technique, fist placement, or defensive guards, we also offer 1-on-1 skill packs. These sessions are highly technical and include pad work with the trainer.
