This is a circuit from our strength and conditioning program. It includes medicine ball slams for explosive power, kettlebell swings for core strength, and box jumps for plyometric ability.
A glimpse of our Sunday workout. Members are pushing through various conditioning drills, including battle ropes, tire flips, and burpees. We believe in starting the week strong with no excuses.
Agility and coordination are just as important as strength. Here, students are working on tire jumps and agility ladder drills to improve their footwork, speed, and explosive movement.
Strength training is for everyone. Here, a student performs dumbbell deadlifts to build posterior chain strength, a critical component for power in striking and grappling. We focus on proper form to ensure safety and results.

We operate in a high-ventilation, non-AC environment with puzzle mats, keeping the focus entirely on the work.
