Our Sunday sparring sessions are a staple at the gym. It is a chance for everyone to get in the ring, test their skills, and learn from each other in a competitive but respectful environment.
This is a beginner boxing sparring session. We ensure that even our newest members can practice their skills safely, focusing on light contact, defensive responsibility, and applying the techniques learned in class.

We mix disciplines to create well-rounded martial artists. This drill combines shadow boxing with wrestling sprawls, teaching students to transition seamlessly between striking and grappling defense.
This session focuses on MMA-specific drills, including "shoots and sprawls." We practice takedown attempts and defenses to prepare our students for all aspects of a mixed martial arts fight.

Sparring at our gym isn't about hurting each other—it’s a safe, controlled space where you learn to think fast and move better. Even if you're a beginner, we ensure you practice your drills with a partner who focuses on your technique rather than landing heavy shots.
When you step into our cage, it’s not just about fighting; it’s about problem-solving under pressure. We divide our sparring and drill sessions to cater to different levels of experience. For our beginners, we focus on light-contact boxing and kickboxing drills where the goal is to land clean, learn defensive habits, and keep your hands up. You won't be thrown into the deep end without the basics.
For those training for competition or looking for advanced work, we ramp up the intensity. We incorporate 'shoots and sprawls' for MMA, transitional drills between striking and grappling, and high-energy heavy bag work. Whether you are prepping for a local bout or just want to get your conditioning up, we make sure the session is purposeful.
We operate out of our Mukherjee Nagar center, where the mats are always down and the atmosphere is high-energy. If you feel hesitant about sparring, talk to us. We believe in building confidence first, contact second. You’ll find our seniors mentoring the new members, and the camaraderie in the gym ensures that everyone stays safe while pushing their limits. We don't do fancy machines; we do hard work, clear communication, and consistent practice.
