The Hero WOD "Murph" is about honor and remembrance. Every year, our community comes together to tackle this challenge as a tribute to Lt. Michael Murphy's sacrifice. Showing up is what matters most.

On Veterans Day, we took on "CHAD1000X," completing 1000 box step-ups to honor those who have served. This workout challenges not just your physical threshold, but your mental fortitude.

We are so proud of all our athletes who crushed "Murph." It's an incredible mental and physical challenge, and a powerful way to pay tribute to those who gave their lives for their country.

"Murph" day is a tribute to the brave. Our coaches lead the way, tackling the one-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and final one-mile run.
