Every workout you see here, from our partner WODs to the heavy lifting sessions, is fully scalable. Whether you are brand new to functional fitness or an experienced athlete chasing PRs, our coaches adjust the intensity and movements so you get the right stimulus for your fitness level. You show up, and we make sure the session works for you.
Our Community Culture
At I Think CrossFit, we believe that fitness is a long game. Located in Yemalur, we serve the Bellandur and Whitefield areas with a space that prioritizes community over ego. You won’t find any 'before and after' photo culture here; we focus on the 'during'—the daily grind, the consistency, and the support system that keeps you showing up even when the workout looks tough.
Scaling for Everyone
Our coaching method is simple: mechanics first, then consistency, then intensity. We use a 'Tell-Show-Do-Check' approach. We have seen it all, from complete beginners and seniors to expectant mothers and seasoned athletes. If you have ever wondered if CrossFit is for someone like you, the answer is yes. We modify every move, whether it's swapping a pull-up for a ring row or adjusting barbell weight, to ensure you are training safely and effectively.
More Than Just a Gym
We treat our box like a living room. You will see us hosting in-house throwdowns, celebrating birthdays, and even bringing pets to the gym. Our Saturday Partner WODs are legendary for a reason—they are designed to build friendships while you get your sweat on. We have the gear (Rogue rigs, Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs) and the expert coaching, but the real equipment that drives results is the person standing next to you.
