We are a community located in Yemalur, designed for anyone willing to put in the work. Our industrial warehouse space is fully equipped with Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs, Rogue style rigs, and climbing ropes to give you a complete training experience.
Every one-hour session is built to challenge you. We start with mobility and warm-ups, move into skill or strength development—like Olympic weightlifting or gymnastics—and finish with our signature high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD).
Members stay because we treat fitness like a team sport. Whether it is our in-house Kings and Queens Throwdowns or simply high-fiving a partner after a tough AMRAP, the vibe is always supportive.
