The Real Work

I break down complex movements. Piece by piece, session after session, I help you push past plateaus. Sessions aren’t for dabblers – you’ll sweat, struggle, and see changes. No shortcuts, just the grind.

  • Hybrid athlete training: For those chasing events like Hyrox, I simulate chaos so you build race-day resilience. Expect sled pushes, SkiErg, burpees, and wallballs. Saturday mornings get intense.
  • Olympic weightlifting cycles: Technique first, then intensity. We drill movements with PVC and mobility, then build up to heavy lifts like snatch and clean & jerk. Cycles run 9–10 weeks, so progress is steady, not rushed.
  • Gymnastics skill progressions: Want muscle-ups or handstand push-ups? I break down each move into simple drills, focusing on core and upper body strength. You’ll learn strict pull-ups, rope climbs, and more.

The Competition Mindset

Whether you’re eyeing your first competition or chasing the podium, I prep you for mental and physical demands. We host events like The Bengaluru Throwdown, and the whole community shows up. When you compete, you’re never solo.

My Story

Hey, we’re I Think CrossFit—just a bunch of fitness nerds who believe in good vibes and real connections. Our head coach Nishanth is over 50, still crushing it after 17 years in the game. We started this box to make fitness fun, not just sweaty. We party, we celebrate every festival, and we show up for each other. This is our fitfam, not just a gym. No shortcuts, only the long haul—stronger, fitter, happier. Join the madness.

My Work

Group Classes & Personal Training - We run group CrossFit, personal training, and hybrid endurance training. All levels welcome.

Scalable CrossFit Workouts - Every workout can be tweaked for beginners, athletes, or even a pregnant mom—seriously, we’ve seen it all.

Coaching That Cares - Our Level 2 coaches focus on mechanics first, then consistency, then intensity. Injury-free is the goal.

Olympic Weightlifting & Gymnastics - Skill sessions for lifting, jumping, climbing—get strong and move better, whatever your age.

The ITCF Vibe - We throw in-house Throwdowns, cheer loud for PRs, and believe in the power of community. Not just a gym.
