Functional fitness is built for busy people. This member is building real-world strength with a deadlift, an essential movement for a healthy, capable body. Our efficient workouts give you the energy to tackle work and life.

Taking on "Andi," a classic CrossFit benchmark workout. With 400 reps across hang power snatches, push presses, sumo deadlift high pulls, and front squats, the goal is to keep moving and finish strong.
