How I Work With Different Life Stages
- Postnatal Recovery: For new moms, we focus on safe, progressive strength work to help you reclaim your energy and core stability without the pressure of 'bouncing back' overnight.
- Senior Fitness: Age is just a number. My senior programs are designed to improve mobility, balance, and bone density. We keep it slow, steady, and effective so you can stay active and pain-free.
- Beginner Basics: If you have never picked up a dumbbell, do not worry. We start with your own body weight, perfect the form, and gradually add intensity.
