My Approach to Fitness

Main hoon Jyoti, and my philosophy is simple: apni fitness hai toh sab kuch hai. I don't believe in shortcut diets ya random YouTube workouts. My training is about real mehnat and real results. You'll find me right next to you—correcting your form, spotting you, and yes, pushing you when you feel like quitting.

What Personalized Training Looks Like

  • One-on-one ya small group coaching at my gym in Sonipat, always tailored to YOU.
  • We set your goal together—weight loss, muscle gain, or handling issues like PCOS or thyroid.
  • Every workout is different: heavy barbells, HIIT, cardio, core work, and all sorts of gym equipment.
  • No boring routines. I keep it real so you see progress and stay motivated.

  • Beginners welcome! If you have never touched a dumbbell, koi tension nahi (don’t worry).

My Story

Hey, I’m Jyoti. Fitness is my therapy, not just my job. Ran fast, won gold, but honestly it’s about feeling strong inside. Some days I’m in the gym, lifting heavy, other days I’m chilling in a suit, enjoying family time or traveling to the 'wadiya' (valleys). Apni fitness hai toh sab kuch hai (fitness is everything). I live life full-on, love u zindagi!
