Our Core Philosophy & Featured Fitness Results
Fitness is tough, but living with health issues is tougher. Here is our no-nonsense approach to building a stronger, healthier version of you at ISTA.
Getting fit is hard. Waking up early, saying no to junk food, and lifting heavy weights takes effort. But living with joint pain, feeling weak, and dealing with health issues is much harder. I believe we all have to choose our hard, and I am here to help you choose the one that leads to a stronger, healthier life.
This is what real dedication looks like. This client started her journey with me in June 2023, and in just seven months, she lost over 30 kgs. It started with a commitment to change, and through consistent personal training and a focus on nutrition, she transformed her health and improved her mindset.
For one hour a day, the women in my class are not just moms or wives. They are athletes, they are a team, and they are individuals investing in their own strength and well being. This is their time, and I am proud to create a space where they can focus on themselves.
Hitting your protein goals is crucial for building muscle and maintaining energy, but it can feel challenging. I help my clients build sustainable habits by incorporating simple, practical strategies like starting the day with eggs, snacking on protein bars, and including a protein source in every meal.
No doctor or medicine can make you healthy if you are not willing to take responsibility for your own lifestyle. True health is built through daily habits. My role is to guide you in making better choices with movement, food, and mindset, so you become the person in charge of your own well being.
Many people waste money on quick fixes like sauna belts and fat-burning creams that promise a lot but deliver little. I teach my clients to invest in what actually works for sustainable fat loss: sufficient hydration, regular exercise, and a consistent calorie deficit. Real results come from real work, not gimmicks.
This message from a client on her postpartum fitness journey truly made my day. Helping new mothers regain their strength and energy is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. It is not just about fitness, it is about giving them the stamina to keep up with their little ones and feel confident in their own skin.
For busy women, eating healthy can feel like an impossible task. I provide simple, effective diet hacks to make it manageable. My guidance includes tips like cooking in bulk on weekends, stocking up on healthy snacks like fruits and nuts, and choosing whole foods to stay energized throughout the week.
About Featured
Stop wasting money on fat-burning creams or sauna belts—they do not work. At ISTA, I focus on 'Roti-Sabzi' diet charts and real, functional strength training that fits your actual life. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building consistent habits, this is where we begin.
Choose Your Hard
We believe that everyone has to choose their hard. Waking up at 5 AM is hard. Saying no to junk food is hard. Lifting heavy weights requires effort. But living with joint pain, feeling constantly weak, and dealing with preventable health issues is much harder. We exist to help you choose the hard that leads to a stronger, healthier life.
The ISTA Difference
We are not just another gym where you get lost in the crowd. ISTA is our 'Girlie Gang' adda in Palam Vihar, Gurugram. Whether you are a busy mom reclaiming her energy or someone just starting their fitness journey, my approach is built on:
- Sustainability: No crash diets or exotic ingredients. We design 'Roti-Sabzi' meal plans based on what you already have in your kitchen.
- Community: You are not training alone. You are part of a support system where we laugh, sweat, and celebrate together.
- No Gimmicks: We do not sell false promises. We focus on hydration, consistent movement, and a calculated calorie deficit to help you lose fat and gain muscle.
My Philosophy
My role as your coach is to guide you in making better choices with movement and food so you become the person in charge of your own well being. No doctor or medicine can make you healthy if you are not willing to take responsibility for your lifestyle. We track your progress, adjust your plans every 10 to 14 days to prevent plateaus, and use WhatsApp for immediate food queries and support.
Let’s stop saying 'I will start Monday' and build something that actually lasts. Chalo, let's go.
