In our group sessions, we focus on more than just movement. We practice stretching to reduce stress and cultivate joy. My goal is for my clients to leave feeling calm in their minds, strong in their bodies, and happy in their souls.
Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old, too stiff, too fat, or too thin. In my classes, I guide people to find balance, make their soul happy, and understand that when you change yourself, the world around you changes too.
In my younger batch, I teach the importance of gratitude. A simple practice of smiling and being grateful for our blessings can bring so much abundance and happiness. It is a core part of our wellness practice.

Meditation is a workout for the mind. In our group meditation sessions, we practice sitting in stillness to hear our own inner voice. It is a powerful way to develop the mental muscles of calm and insight.
