About Personalized Training (1-on-1 & Duos)

These aren't cookie-cutter gym classes where you just follow a routine. Because I am a certified physical therapist, every 1-on-1 or duo session starts with a postural assessment. We do not just 'work out'; we identify your specific movement imbalances—whether it is chronic back pain or tight hips—and use the Cadillac or Reformer to fix them in real-time with precise, manual adjustments.
