About Our Studio: Stretch Pilates & Wellness
When you walk into the studio, you will see the reformers and Cadillacs lined up and ready—no waiting around for equipment here. I designed this space to be clutter-free and focused, because when you are working on your form, you do not need distractions. Whether you are here for rehab or a high-energy group session, the setup is built to keep you locked into your breath and movement.
Why the studio setup matters
My studio is not just a room with machines; it is a physical therapy-backed zone for growth. I have personally curated the equipment—from Reformers to Cadillac tables—to support everything from injury recovery to advanced athletic conditioning. We keep it limited to small batches because I need to watch your form. If your spine is not aligned or your breathing is off, I will be right there to correct it.
