Training Methodology
- Private Coaching: 100% face-to-face sessions with the founder (Physiotherapist & ACE Trainer).
- Hybrid Approach: Combines hypertrophy (heavy dumbbells/barbells) with Pilates biomechanics for core stability.
- Clinical Safety: Continuous physio-screening during sets to correct posture and prevent injury.
- Athlete Protocols: Includes agility and reaction time drills used for pro-athlete conditioning.
- Calisthenics: Instruction on gymnastic rings and parallel bars for relative body strength.
Facility & Amenities
- Studio Access: Private use of the Benson Town studio space.
- Equipment: Access to Merrithew-style Reformers, Cadillac Trapeze Table, Stability Chairs, and functional free weights.
- Comfort: Air-conditioned environment with wooden flooring for impact reduction and fresh towels.
- Booking: Guaranteed slot management via Yoactiv platform.
Semi-Private Duo Training
Session Dynamics
- Ratio: Strict 1:2 coach-to-client ratio.
- Partner Drills: Utilization of partner-assisted stretches and competitive rep-counting.
- Rotational Supervision: Form correction is provided rotationally while the partner performs holds or rests.
- Safety: Exercises are vetted by a physiotherapist to ensure movements are safe for both individuals.
Equipment & Facility
- Shared Access: Alternating sets on Reformer/Cadillac or synchronized use of dual machines depending on availability.
- Functional Circuit: Heavy reliance on floor-based functional training, medicine balls, and free weights.
- Amenities: Full access to AC studio, changing area, and towel service.
- Booking: Digital slot management via Yoactiv.

My Approach
I go by one motto: fly high or do nothing at all. I’ve worked with pro cricketers and celebs, but honestly, it doesn’t matter who you are. If you walk in, my goal is to help you get stronger, move better, and actually feel good in your own skin. Progress isn’t always fast, but every bit counts.
What Sets Me Apart
Safety and proper technique are non-negotiable. Being a physical therapist, I know how easy it is to get sidelined by injury. Every session is built on a solid base, so you get stronger without risking injury. Kaam ka strength, not just show-off muscle.

My Story
Hey, I’m Sufiyan – physical therapist, Pilates coach, bit of a travel junkie. I’ve worked with some cool folks, like Janhvi Kapoor and KL Rahul, but honestly, it’s seeing anyone find their groove that makes me happy. Opened Stretch Pilates & Wellness in Bengaluru with a simple motto: yaar, ek life hai, toh full power jeena chahiye (you’ve got one life, live it to the fullest). Let’s get moving, stay positive, and maybe laugh at ourselves a little.
