Discover the power of equipment-based Pilates. Using the Reformer and Cadillac, we focus on deep muscle conditioning, improved posture, and targeted strength that is gentle on your joints.

Many people think Reformer Pilates is just a celebrity trend, but it's a science-backed method for everyone. It provides functional strength training that is low-impact yet highly effective for full-body toning, flexibility, and improving posture for your daily life.

The Reformer is more than just a machine; it's a complete movement experience. Here, I demonstrate how it can elevate a simple plank, firing up the core while improving shoulder stability and full-body strength in a way that protects your joints.

Here you can see a group Reformer session in progress, with clients working on the Ladder Barrel and Reformer. I keep these group classes small to ensure everyone gets personalized attention, helping you level up your strength and posture with purpose.

This video shows a sequence on the Reformer, sped up for viewing. The actual movements are slow and controlled to build core stability, muscle isolation, and body awareness. The Reformer is a breathing machine that teaches you to connect every movement with your breath.

The Cadillac apparatus allows for incredible spine articulation. This roll-down technique helps you feel each vertebra move, engaging the shoulders, lats, and core for improved mobility and control. It's a fantastic way to connect with your spine's natural movement.

Working against the resistance of the Cadillac springs requires immense control and precision. This exercise focuses on form, core connection, and breathing, which are the foundational principles of Pilates that translate into real-world strength and stability.

This clip demonstrates the Pilates principle of quality over quantity. Using the Reformer, we focus on slow, controlled movements with precision. This intentional practice is far more effective for building deep core strength and body awareness than simply doing more reps.

About this collection

Unlike crowded gym classes, my Reformer sessions are capped at 3 to 5 students. This ensures I can provide hands-on form correction and adjust the machine settings to your specific needs, whether you are managing back pain or looking to advance your strength training.

Reformer Pilates is often misunderstood as just a celebrity trend, but it is actually a highly effective method for functional strength. The machines—Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair—act as both support and resistance. They help you find alignment that is nearly impossible to achieve on a standard yoga mat.

Why join my sessions in Gunjur or Whitefield?

I run small, intentional batches. When you train on a Reformer, we focus on spinal articulation, shoulder stability, and deep core engagement. It is not about how many repetitions you do; it is about how well you do them. I guide you through slow, controlled movements that help release muscle tension and improve long-term posture.

What to expect:

  • Small Group Reformer: Limited to 3 to 5 participants for high-attention flow.
  • 1:1 Clinical Sessions: For those recovering from injury or needing bespoke programs for conditions like spondylitis.
  • Safe Environment: I emphasize form over intensity, keeping the sessions low-impact.

If you have been feeling stiff or want to move without pain, this practice is your entry point to feeling stronger every day. Let us get you on the machine and start moving with purpose.
