About Personalized Training in Action
Before we start, we conduct a 60-minute functional movement assessment to see how your body actually moves. If your shoulder hurts during a bench press or your squat form is off, we fix those mechanics first, before we ever touch heavy iron. You are not paying me to stand there and count reps; you are paying me to make sure every single repetition is safe, controlled, and actually building the muscle you are targeting.
My Approach: Technique First
Many people think fitness is just about lifting heavier, but if your form is wrong, you are just practicing bad habits. My sessions are about 'training smart.' Whether we are working on a 190kg deadlift or mastering a basic TRX row, the focus is always on engagement, range of motion, and breathing.
