My Approach
Movement heals - simple as that. If you're stuck with pain, injury, or just want to fix how your body moves, I'm here to help you bounce back. Whether you're an athlete, someone dealing with nagging back or neck pain, or just tired of being told you have "bad posture," I get it. Been there, seen that.
What I Do
- I use Pilates for rehabilitation because it's gentle yet powerful for rebuilding core strength and stability.
- My rehab plans are all about mindful, controlled workouts - no shortcuts, no risky stuff.
- We start slow, focusing on postural correction exercises and retraining how you move.
- I pay close attention to form. It’s not about fancy moves, it’s about moving right so you don’t get hurt again.
- Tools like the Reformer and Cadillac in my studio help target deep muscle imbalances and promote safe recovery.
The Process
First, we chat about your injury and medical history. Every plan is customized - no cookie-cutter routines. Progress might be slow sometimes, and that's totally normal. The goal is long-term chronic pain management, not quick fixes.

I’ve worked with some cool folks, like Janhvi Kapoor and KL Rahul, but honestly, it’s seeing anyone find their groove that makes me happy. Opened Stretch Pilates & Wellness in Bengaluru with a simple motto: yaar, ek life hai, toh full power jeena chahiye (you’ve got one life, live it to the fullest).
