About Group Reformer Classes
You will be working in small groups of 4 to 6 people, which means I am not just calling out moves from across the room. I am right there checking your springs, adjusting your alignment, and ensuring your form is safe and effective. It is perfect for getting that direct, expert attention without the higher price tag of a 1-on-1 session.
Most people think Pilates is just stretching, but on the reformer, it is serious resistance training that hits muscles you did not know you had. In these sessions, we use the Reformer machine to create constant tension, which helps you build lean muscle and improve your range of motion simultaneously.
Why the Group Format Works
- Personal Attention: With a maximum of 6 people per batch, I can keep an eye on everyone. You get the benefits of a community environment without being lost in a crowd.
- Physio-Backed Safety: My background is in physical therapy. We do not just do reps for the sake of it. We focus on breathing and form to prevent injury and correct muscular imbalances.
- Full-Body Utility: Whether you are an athlete looking to improve your functional movement or someone stuck at a desk all day, these sessions focus on your core stability, spinal health, and overall mobility.
What to Expect
Each session runs for about 60 minutes. We cycle through various props like the Jump Board, Pilates ring, and stability balls to keep things fresh. You do not need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up and be ready to learn. It is about progress, not perfection. If you have any history of back or knee pain, let me know before we start, and I will modify your setup accordingly.
