About this collection

A lot of people think the Cadillac is only for acrobats, but it is actually one of the safest tools for rehabilitation and posture correction. Because I am a physical therapist, I use this equipment to map your imbalances and fix them with targeted tension, not just random moves. Whether you are recovering from a back injury or just want to master deep spinal mobility, we start slow and build your confidence before we ever try the inversions.

Beyond the Reformer

Unlike the Reformer, the Cadillac is a stationary platform with a massive array of springs, bars, and pull-up devices. It allows for a specific type of controlled motion. You get to hang, invert, and stretch in ways that decompress your spine and open up tight hips. It is truly where strength meets control.

The PT Approach

My training is rooted in physical therapy. If you have chronic lower back pain or shoulder tightness, the Cadillac lets us isolate those muscles better than any mat routine. We do not just exercise. We realign your body. We look at your posture and medical history to create a program that uses the Cadillac’s full range—from the trapeze bar to the push-through bar—to get you moving pain-free.

Safety First

You might see me posting videos of hanging inversions, but please remember that these require serious core engagement and professional supervision. I do not let anyone jump on the Cadillac without a proper assessment of their spinal alignment. If you are coming in for rehab or advanced conditioning, we start with a screening to ensure you are ready for these movements. Better to bend than break, always.
