Whether you book a private session or a duet, I adjust every spring and angle of the equipment to suit your current fitness level and specific needs. We do not just move through the motions; I map your movement patterns during every rep to ensure your core is truly engaged and your spine is supported.
The Classical Difference
Pilates is not a generic workout. My sessions follow the authentic Classical Pilates method, which relies on the original system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. This is not about mindless repetitions. It is about precision, flow, and the six principles: centering, control, breath, flow, precision, and concentration.
Why Private Sessions?
In a group class, you are often mimicking an instructor. Here, you are learning. With 950 hours of certification from The Pilates Center in Boulder, I focus on correcting your form in real-time. Whether you are managing an injury, fixing posture issues, or training for a sport like golf, I adapt the exercises. I use the full suite of Balanced Body CenterLine equipment—Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and more—to ensure your body gets exactly the stimulus it needs.
Duet Training
Duet sessions are for those who prefer shared energy but refuse to compromise on quality. I cap these sessions at two people. You get the same hands-on, individualized correction as a private session, but with the added motivation of a partner. We ensure you are both working on the equipment suited to your respective needs, never just taking turns.
