Training at home doesn't mean you need a room full of gear. I show you how to turn your living room or a nearby park into a high-impact space using just basic equipment like resistance bands or even just your own body weight. It is about finding that 'fully-alive' rush without the commute or the intimidation of a crowded gym.

Whether you are in a gated community in Koramangala or a flat in Indiranagar, my goal is to make movement accessible. My hybrid sessions (12 per month) are structured to give you a full-body experience without requiring an expensive gym setup.

Here is how we work together:

  • Strength and Flow: We spend 45 minutes on compound movements to build real strength, followed by 15 minutes of assisted mobility and Hatha Yoga to keep you limber.
  • No Drill Sergeant Attitude: I am here to guide, not to shout. We listen to your body’s daily needs. If you are feeling wiped from a long work week, we dial it down. If you are ready to push, we turn it up.
  • Practical Logistics: I bring the bands and blocks to you. You just need a bit of floor space and a pair of dumbbells. We can work in your apartment gym, terrace, or living room.

It is about showing up for yourself. My clients find that by removing the friction of traveling to a gym, they actually stick to their routines longer. We build habits that last, not quick fixes that fade after a month.
