This is what fitness for kids should look like. In my Kids Activities Batch, we blend high-energy dance, fun workouts, and playful exercises so every child leaves feeling happy and strong. You can see the pure joy and masti as they move.
Beyond just fun, we build real strength and flexibility. Here, you can see our young members working on yoga poses and bodyweight exercises, which are fantastic for improving posture and coordination in a safe, guided setting.

I keep my kids' batches capped at 15 children to ensure every little one gets individual focus during our agility drills. We use artificial green turf flooring across the studio to cushion movements and minimize injury risks, giving you total peace of mind while your child develops strength and confidence.
Fitness at TDFS is never a chore. My studio in Vishnu Garden is designed to feel like a second home, not a sterile gym. Whether you are joining my women-only group fitness classes or enrolling your child in our activity batches, the philosophy remains the same: real results achieved through movement, music, and community support.
For women, we mix Zumba, HIIT, and strength training to keep things fresh. You won't find boring, repetitive routines here. Instead, expect a high-energy environment where we push limits, celebrate milestones, and keep the energy high with Bollywood tracks and desi swag.
Our kids' fitness batches are equally dynamic. We move away from strict drills and focus on playful functional training—think animal flows, crawling drills, and fun relay races that build motor skills without the pressure. We integrate mindfulness and yoga stretches to help improve focus and posture for growing bodies.
We are located near Tilak Nagar, and the studio is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Because we are a ladies-only and child-safe space, you can train freely, knowing you are in a secure environment. We do not believe in quick fixes; we believe in sustainable habits.
