Yoga doesn't have to be slow or silent. I mix dance fitness, Zumba, and functional stretching to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling. Welcome to my community where we actually enjoy working out.

This is what my classes are all about. We blend high-energy Zumba with functional yoga to create a perfect balance for your body. It's fun, it's effective, and we have a blast doing it together.

A proper cool-down is so important after a powerful Zumba session. I guide the class through a post-workout stretching routine to help lower the heart rate and improve muscle recovery.

My yoga is for people who love to train hard. I practice what I preach, and here you can see me working on my glute strength with a weighted hip thrust. Strong is the goal.

Feeling strong and confident is a huge part of fitness. I want everyone who joins my classes to feel this way, pushing their limits and celebrating their progress.

About this collection

I believe fitness should be a party, not a chore. My classes at places like Pink Premium Ladies Gym and The Warehouse Gym in Rohtak are designed for real people who want results without the judgment. We focus heavily on mobility and flexibility using routines that act as the perfect cool-down after your main workout. If you are training at the gym, my sessions help you open up tight muscles and improve your balance so you are ready for your next session.

We also have specialized setups like the Urban Gym in Karnal where I teach functional yoga. Whether you are a total beginner or just bored with your current routine, come join us for some dhamaal (fun) and active recovery. My goal is to ensure you walk out feeling relaxed, not bored.
