Batch Highlights
- Morning Adult Yoga: Our 7:00 AM batch is designed for working professionals and residents. We combine Hatha and Power Yoga to help with joint mobility, back pain relief, and weight management. These are small groups of 10-15 people, ensuring you get the personal attention you need to master your asanas.
- Kids' Yoga & Acro-Yoga: For children aged 4 to 14, we offer a dynamic mix of fitness and discipline. Beyond building core strength and flexibility, we teach them basic acrobatics and synchronized group poses. This helps build confidence and focus, and we even prepare our students for society events and local competitions.

We train at the Capetown Club-2 Hall in Sector 74, Noida. We use interlocking foam mats for safety during advanced poses and provide a space filled with natural light to keep your energy high.
