Holistic Yoga and Fitness Classes in Gurugram
Fitness is more than just shedding kilos, it is about finding your 'man ka sukoon' (peace of mind). Join my community in Sector 46 for a mix of yoga, Zumba, and strength training fueled by simple home-cooked food.
(Hero Item) This is what it's all about. Listen to one of our members share her journey of losing 12 kg in just four months through my combination of yoga and a simple diet plan. Real, sustainable results are possible for you too.
People often ask, "What do you get from yoga?" My answer is always the same: 'Man ka sukoon' or peace of mind. This video shows a student in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog), a pose that calms the brain and energizes the body.
In my classes, every day is different to keep you motivated. This clip shows how we mix it up with multiple workout styles, from using yoga blocks for deeper stretches to dumbbell exercises for building strength and toning muscles.
I believe in sharing my own journey to inspire yours. This is my personal transformation, achieved with simple 'ghar ka khana' (home-cooked food) and consistent workouts. If I can do it, I can guide you to do it too.
Fitness should be joyful. Here is a glimpse of our high-energy Zumba session, where we dance, sweat, and have fun together. It's a great cardio workout that feels more like a party than exercise.
Explore unique forms of yoga with us, like this Danda Yoga session. Using a bamboo stick helps improve balance, posture, and body alignment, adding a new challenge to your practice. Both men and women enjoy this in our group classes.
I provide personalized attention even in group settings. Here, I am helping a member with her back-strengthening pose to ensure correct form and prevent injury. Your safety and progress are my top priorities.
We are more than just a fitness class; we are a community. This was our Dandiya night celebration, full of color, music, and energy. We believe in celebrating life and festivals together.
About Featured
You won't find any strict diets or expensive supplement plans here. We focus on real food from your own kitchen, customized to your lifestyle, because long-term fitness only comes from habits you can actually keep.
I started World Peace Yoga Centre in Sector 46, Gurugram, because I wanted to create a space that feels less like a gym and more like a family. Whether you are dealing with PCOD, back pain, or just low energy, my approach focuses on fixing the root cause through natural movement and traditional practices.
What we do
We move beyond standard routines. My classes integrate traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow with functional strength training. We use props like Danda Yoga (bamboo sticks) to fix spinal alignment and ropes to help you reach deeper stretches safely. For those who want more intensity, our Zumba and aerobics sessions provide a high-energy cardio boost that feels more like a dance party than a workout.
How we train
You can join our group batches at the studio in Gurugram, or train with me live online. Every student gets a personalized diet plan based on 'ghar ka khana' (home-cooked food). No powders, no pills, just roti and sabzi. We prioritize consistent, small changes that lead to real, sustainable weight loss.
Join our community
Fitness is better when shared. We celebrate festivals, host community gatherings, and support each other through the hard days. When you join us, you are not just signing up for a class, you are entering a circle of support. If you have decided to start your journey, then trust the process and let us begin.
