I believe food is sacred, and these sweets are made with the same love I would put into a dish for my own family. No artificial colors or preservatives, just traditional recipes prepared in small batches right here in my Matunga kitchen.

My Dry Fruit Khoya Gulab Jamuns are made from scratch with pure ghee and mawa. They are soft, spongy, and soaked in a fragrant sugar syrup, a perfect end to any meal.

This is a made to order batch of Dry Fruit Barfi, prepared in pure ghee for a loyal patron. This rich sweet is loaded with nuts and has a wonderful, crumbly texture.

My Khoya Coconut Barfi is a specialty, especially during Navratri fasting. It is made with fresh coconut and khoya, and has a melt in your mouth texture.

Champakali is a beautiful sweet inspired by the frangipani flower. This crispy, layered pastry is soaked in sugar syrup and is a popular sweet in Western Maharashtra.

Shahi Tukda is a royal dessert fit for a celebration. Fried bread slices are soaked in a rich, creamy rabri and garnished with nuts. I served this for a corporate client's special event.

A simple and comforting sweet dish, Dryfruit Semiyan Sheera. Roasted vermicelli is cooked with milk, sugar, and ghee, and garnished with pistachios and almonds.

My signature Dahi Vadas, ready for delivery. The vadas are incredibly soft and fluffy, soaked in creamy, lightly spiced yogurt and topped with tangy chutneys.

A closer look at the soft Dahi Vadas, generously garnished with red chilli powder and fresh coriander. This is one of my most popular dishes.

Preparing a Mahaprasad of a sweet potato based dessert for a corporate office during Navratri. It is always an honor to cook for such auspicious occasions.

A batch of my Khoya Coconut Barfi, packed and ready to be delivered for Chaitra Navratri. It is a perfect sweet for fasting or any celebration.

About Handmade Sweets (Mithai)

Every tray of barfi or batch of gulab jamun you see here is made to order, so the Khoya is never sitting on a shelf. Since I work from my home kitchen in Matunga and only take 35 orders a day, I can personally ensure the ghee is fresh and the sugar levels are balanced just right. If you have a specific festive occasion or a small office gathering in mind, please reach out at least a day in advance so I can plan the preparation.
