Fresh, hot snacks made the way my grandmother taught me. From crispy Batata Vadas to healthy Muthia, each bite is cooked in my home kitchen just for you.

A classic combination for a rainy day or any evening. Freshly fried, hot Batata Vadas and crispy Onion Bhajiyas, also known as Khekda Bhaji, served as an evening snack.

Watch the delicate process of making Khandvi, or Suralichya Vadya. A thin layer of gram flour batter is cooked, spread, and then carefully rolled into these beautiful, soft rolls, garnished with coconut and coriander.

My Punjabi Samosas are a popular choice for corporate parties. They have a spicy potato and pea filling and a perfectly crisp, flaky crust, served with my homemade green chutney.

Ragi, or Nachni, is a superfood, and I love incorporating it into my recipes. This is my soft and healthy Nachni Dhokla, a steamed millet cake that is both nutritious and delicious.

Muthia is a healthy steamed snack from Gujarat, made from gram flour and bottle gourd or fenugreek leaves. I was nervous making it for the first time, but my client's encouragement gave me the confidence to try.

Ajwain Pakodas are a unique and flavorful snack. I make them by dipping fresh ajwain leaves from my garden in a gram flour batter and frying them until crisp. They have a wonderful, herbaceous flavor.

Have you ever tried Tomato Pakodas? Slices of juicy tomato are dipped in a spiced batter and fried, creating a tangy and crispy snack that is a surprising delight.

Khekda Bhaji, or Kanda Bhaji, is the ultimate comfort food, especially during the monsoon. These crispy onion fritters are a favorite among my customers for their crunchy texture.

A modern twist on a classic, these are my Paneer Chilli Cheese Bread Rolls. They are crispy on the outside with a gooey, cheesy, and spicy filling inside.

Another popular snack combination for corporate orders: crispy Patti Samosas and soft Bread Rolls. I can customize the snack boxes based on your preference.

About Classic Homemade Snacks (Namkeen)

I don't fry in massive, impersonal batches because that is how you lose flavor. When you order snacks from my kitchen, I prepare them specifically for your time slot, ensuring that the crispiness of a Batata Vada or the softness of a hand-rolled Khandvi remains exactly as it should be when it arrives at your table.

My approach to snacks is simple, traditional, and entirely focused on fresh ingredients. Whether it is an evening tea gathering, a corporate office break, or a small private party, I stick to recipes passed down from my mother and grandmother.

I specialize in classic vegetarian comforts. My Batata Vadas are seasoned with freshly ground spices, and my Khandvi requires a patient hand to roll into those perfect, delicate spirals. Because I do not use any preservatives or artificial colors, I do not store anything pre-fried. Every box of Samosas or Dhokla you receive is made fresh to order.

For corporate clients, I can cater to teams of 20 to 30 people, but I require advance notice to ensure I can maintain my quality standards. Please do not expect the industrial speed of delivery apps, as I am not on Swiggy or Zomato. Instead, think of this as ordering from a friend's kitchen. I am happy to help you curate a selection of snacks—perhaps a mix of crunchy fried items like Khekda Bhaji alongside lighter, steamed options like Ragi Dhokla or Muthia—to suit your event. Please reach out to me a day before you need your order so I can plan my kitchen schedule.

I am Hema, and my kitchen is where I recreate the snacks I grew up eating. I do not believe in mass-producing food, so I keep my batches small and my ingredients pure. When you order from me, you are eating exactly what I serve to my own family.
