We don’t believe in trends. We believe in consistent practice, honest effort, and the space to breathe. Here is where the work happens.

This is my personal practice space in our Nagarbhavi studio. It is peaceful and has a very positive energy. A quiet, clean space is essential for going deep into your practice and connecting with your breath.

An evening class in session. You can see students of different ages and levels practicing together. My teachers are always present to guide and correct, ensuring everyone practices safely according to their ability.

A moment of calm before our 6 am Yin Yoga session begins. Students are centered in Sukhasana (Easy Pose), preparing their minds for the practice ahead. The red hammocks for aerial yoga are visible in the background, showing the variety of classes we offer.

During the same Yin Yoga class, students are holding Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose). This posture is excellent for releasing tension in the hips and lower back, which is a common issue from sitting for long hours.

Spreading health and happiness, one class at a time. This is a group photo with my students, a mix of beginners and regular practitioners, all part of our growing community.

Aerial yoga is a unique way to build strength and decompress the spine. Here, a young student is enjoying an inversion in the aerial hammock. It is a playful yet powerful practice that I offer at my studio.

This video shows the diversity of our community. From standing asanas to seated meditation, people from all walks of life come together here to practice. We are truly a community built on health and happiness.

Another view of our Yin Yoga class, with students settled into a meditative pose. The spacious, well-lit studio provides a calm environment conducive to a mindful practice.

Students engaging in a hip-opening stretch during our Yin Yoga session. This slow, deep practice is designed to improve flexibility and promote relaxation.

About Our Studio & Community

You won’t find high-end mirrors or loud music here. Just wooden flooring, natural ventilation, and a group of people who show up to do the work. Whether you are holding a pose in our Yin session or hanging from an aerial hammock, the focus is always on your breath and your alignment. If you want a space to build a real practice without the Instagram theatrics, this is where you belong.
